Coming from train stations:
- Gare Montparnasse: this is the closest train station to Institut Pasteur. You can either walk for a quarter of an hour or take the metro (line number 6, direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile) to get from the Montparnasse-Bienvenüe station to the Pasteur station (one station).
- Gare Saint-Lazare: take the metro (line number 12, direction Mairie d’Issy) from the Saint-Lazare station to the Pasteur station (about 20 minutes).
- Gare de Lyon: take the metro (line number 14, direction Bibliothèque François Mitterrand) to the Bercy station. Then change and take line 6, direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile to the Pasteur station (about 35 minutes).
- Gare de l’Est / Gare du Nord: take the metro (line number 4) towards Porte d’Orléans to the Raspail station. Then change and take line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle-Etoile to the Pasteur station (35 minutes).
- Gare d’Austerlitz: take the metro (line number 5, direction Place d’Italie) to the Place d´Italie terminus. Then change and ake line 6, direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile to the Pasteur station (30 minutes).
Coming from the airports:
The trip takes about 45 minutes if you are coming from the Orly airport, and up to 90 minutes if you are coming from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. In both cases, take the RER B or the Air France buses.
If you come by car, note that there is no parking available for visitors at Institut Pasteur.
