Inspired by the lack of options to deposit, search, retrieve and reuse raw experimental data from molecular biophysics techniques we have built the Molecular Biophysics Database – mbdb-data.org.

Raw data from microscale thermophoresis, biolayer interferometry, surface plasmon resonance and isothermal calorimetry can be currently stored with rich metadata annotation. Each approved and published record receives a permanent DOI identifier which you can refer to on your publication

You are invited to deposit your next data sets from MST, BLI, SPR, and ITC to mbdb-data.org and make them permanently accessible for you and the community.
