Registration and Abstract Submission
The registration fees include VAT and are:
Early-bird fees (until the 15th of March 2025)
- Regular participant: €380
- Members of the ARBRE association: €320 (upon proof of 2025 membership)
- Students and early career post-docs: €280 (students and post-docs up to 2 years after PhD defence will be asked to provide proof of status upon registration)
- Early career members of the ARBRE association: €250 (upon proof of 2025 membership)
- Non-academic: €500

After the 15th of March, €100 will be added to the registration fees.
The registration fee includes access to:
- Lunches on the 11th and 12th of June.
- Coffee breaks during the conference.
- A welcome cocktail dinner on the evening of Tuesday the 10th of June.
- A gala dinner on the River Seine on the evening of Thursday the 12th June.

Abstracts
Abstract submissions are welcome both for oral and poster presentations. When going through the registration process, you can choose if you would like to present a talk or poster, and you will be asked to indicate which two sessions are the most appropriate in which to present. After review of all of the abstracts after the submission deadline, an email will be sent informing you if the abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference.

Poster size
Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation with dimensions 100 cm high by 70 cm wide (note this is smaller than the standard A0 size).
Deadline
The deadline for abstract submission is the 15th of March 2025.
